I truly don't know how we would have navigated it without Penny. She's professional, but very down to Earth, which made us feel confident and informed while still enjoying the process. Very personable. She was always reachable when our attorneys weren't. She's extremely knowledgeable about the local market and portrayed our home wonderfully in her listing. She also attends showings AND closing, which was reassuring to us considering we had already moved away. There was an issue at closing in which we were underpaid. Penny was the one to bring this to our attention. Everyone had been paid in full except us, but she stuck by us even after her obligation was fulfilled and helped advocate for us until the issue was resolved. I'd recommend her to anyone. Our showings werent easy with infant twins and she without hesitation took one of the kids so we could focus on the house and property. She even helped pick out paint colors for the new house! ZillowVERIFIED I can't think of enough positive things to say about Penny. As a Buyer's agent, she would have a set of responsibilities normally expected. My buying process took some odd turns because of documentary issues with the property, as well as some challenges with the seller side. In each case, Penny stepped up and solved problems created by others, and normally the responsibility of others, and did it with a lot of passion. One of those issues had the potential to sink the deal, again because of problems on the seller side, and somehow, with help from the buyer's attorney, pushed through it and found the way to make it happen. I deal with a lot of professionals in many areas of life, but I can say there are very few interactions where I believe that my advocate takes the success of my need as his or her personal responsibility. Penny was one of those. There were several occasions in which she could have backed off and started pointing me in other directions, but she refused to do that, and the result was a success in every measurable way for me. Above all, I think this aspect of my buying process is the primary reason I'd say anyone who has access to Penny should not consider anyone else. She's a Pitbull.

From the minute Penny first walked into our home, she was enthusiastic about the sale and we decided within the hour the papers were signed and the process was started. Penny pointed out things to improve and replace, but was never discouraging. All texts and phone calls were answered within minutes, all questions answered, all doubts and reservations alleviated. All showings were scheduled in a timely manner, with Penny willing to work with our crazy schedules. Penny advocated for us during each inspection and process. Selling our first home was an emotional experience, but with a realtor that put so much care into each and every client it seemed to be a little easier. I would recommend Penny to anyone buying or selling a home. I know, for a fact, that we will be contacting Penny again in the future.
