Pearson Smith Realty

Ive had the absolute pleasure of working with Krissy as my realtor, and I can confidently say shes the best in the business. Over the years, shes helped me sell two homes and purchase two others, including our most recent dream: a beautiful lakehouse. Krissy is hardworking, attentive, and a fantastic communicator. She truly listens to her clients and goes above and beyond to understand their needs. She will go to bat for you if you ever have to deal with prickly realtors or buyers/sellers (sadly we did multiple times), she really has your best interest at heart. When searching for our lakehouse, she took the time to learn the unique aspects of lakefront properties and guided us through every detail with expertise and care. Because of her professionalism and results, Ive referred Krissy to many people, and each one has thanked me for connecting them with such a talented and dedicated realtor. If youre buying or selling, I wholeheartedly recommend KrissyaEUR"she makes the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and successful.

Taylor Tolbert is the best realtor I have worked with, and I have previously bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Taylor. He helped me sell an incredibly difficult property and coordinated last minute repairs, which was a huge help. He is a true professional who is caring and does his job right. Taylor also helped me find my dream home in my dream location. I have been so happy in my new home. He truly changed my life and made it better.

Cheryll is a very experienced and professional agent. She makes sure we are well informed throughout the process and does everything possible to protact our interests. She advised us of market conditions in our immediate neighborhood . Sheput the house on the market to mazimize strategic objectives.

Krissy made the experience much easier and enjoyable. As first time buyers, she helped to answer questions and guided through this often confusing process that is buying a home. Strongly recommend her.

Krissy is super helpful, resourceful, and full of the current market ins and outs. I loved working with Krissy to both sell my previous residence, and in helping me and my fiancee purchase our first home together! She is beyond knowledgeable, and I can't recommend her enough, to anyone in the northern virginia area, trying to navigate this crazy landscape, look no further than Krissy!
