Aaron sold a piece of land for my mother in Waterville Estates Campton, New Hampshire. I called Aaron about him selling the land. He called me back the same day. Soon, the property was on the market. The buying inquiries on the property were not many but Aaron kept me informed about any activity regarding possible interest from buyers. Eventually, he contacted a land developer he had previously worked with. The developer was somewhat hesitant about the land. Aaron convinced him the land would be a good choice to purchase. The land was sold at a fair price. The property is small and not that expensive. At the same time, Aaron spent a good deal of time in helping me get it sold.
