Gia and Grant were great to work with with. I lived 3 hours north and they were very flexible and accommodating with my schedule to assure when I came down, the time spent looking at the right homes was organized and well scheduled out. It took me a while to understand and decide where I wanted to live and what I was looking for. They were very patient during this time and finally once they had a good feeling of what I was looking for, finding the right place happened quickly. We decided on an area I wanted to be and they proactively reached out to possible home owners that might be willing to sell a home not yet on the market. Because of the vast knowledge of the marketplace and connections, they found a couple that was interested. Because we weren't in any type of bidding situation, we negotiated a great deal without any competition and bought the place $10k under appraisal. Thank you, thank you!!!
