Gia worked with the photographer to make sure that the home showed perfectly online, organized all of the offers on a spreadsheet so we could evaluate the differences between the offers and made very valid recommendations on the offers she thought were our best options. After we selected the offer we liked the best Gia and Anna took care of all of details regarding getting the sale closed. Gia even met with us to sign the closing paperwork so we didnt need to drive to our attorneys office. It really couldnt have been any easier.

All for FREE including touring the condo on her dime. When we were ready to move back closer to family she came to see us again. She know what she is doing, she doesn't take any grief and stand up for her client's best interests. There were issues with locking house up and other realtors not calling to let us know they were going in house had to get another house cleaner as first didnt even clean refr or stove left trash in house . Sale of house could have gone smoother but overall she did great job having to figure out so many issues and I made several trips back to house to fix up things . It was a headache on both partys so I cant complain they were there to help with all issues I will recommend to other sellers or buyers
