We can not praise Paul enough for his skills to make overall experience of selling and buying home as smooth as possible. We bought and sold our house working with him and foremost thing that strikes you about him is his honesty. His advice and consultations are spot-on and he never tries to sway your opinion either way. He presents facts and gives you space to make your own decision. Paul goes above and beyond to even take care of items that would be considered by others as home owners responsibility. He is extremely passionate about his work and it always shows in his actions at various points during the entire process. He brings together tons of real estate experience, knowledge of the neighborhood, and fantastic negotiation skills to the table which makes him probably the best real estate agent in the area, hands down. We will go with Paul again if we have to deal in real estate transaction in future.
