Paul Conti Real Estate came highly recommended to us by a friend. We used Paul to market and sell our condo in Billerica MA. I feel Paul got us the best price possible at a time when the market had slowed a bit. He was extremely HONEST and forthcoming in all aspects of our transaction. His knowledge of the market and procedures sure did make for a smooth transaction. He will take all the worry out of selling (and buying i am sure) of your real estate transaction. We couldn't be happier! He came highly recommended to us and I personally would recommend him to anyone!! Give him a call, you will be happy you did..

I was surprised. As a retried AF Colonel, I spent a career moving around and was no stranger to buying and selling houses. The aEURoePaul Conti ExperienceaEUR? was one I did not anticipate because its value extended so far past the norm. Paul did everything he said. Paul laid out a successful strategy to prep and sell my house in 7 days. He predicted I'd get multiple offers at a price point beyond what I thought was possible. It happened exactly as he said it would and while a wonderful result, he offered so much more. He helped me prepare for the closing aEUR" installing smoke detectors and finding tradesmen to fix things that had to be addressed before the sale. He helped me move some last pieces of furniture into truck that I could quite manage by myself and carried some items to Goodwill. What kind of real estate agent does that? Answer aEUR" a person who is in the business of helping people aEUR" and that makes his the most extraordinary real estate agent I have ever met or even heard of. He answers the phone or almost immediately calls back. Hes honest, humble, personable, energetic and smart -- all qualities that help describe aEURoePaul Conti ExperienceaEUR?. He knows the region, and in my case, knew Burlington and is clearly a top producer. My bottom line aEUR" simply, that you can do no better than to trust his advice and list your home with him.

Paul is a man of his word. He deliveries on what he says. He is very personable and easy to talk with on most any subject. His knowledge of the real estate market and trends is amazing. He is knowledgable of the sale process and legal requirements and passes that on to his customers. He has numerous contacts and references for legal, moving, handyman service, financing, etc. Paul handles every task with enthusiasm, no matter how trivial, to insure customer satisfaction. I recommend Paul very highly.

If you are looking for a great realtor, who is knowledgeable, works hard and gets the deal done, look no further than Paul Conti. Paul is an incredible Realtor. He handled both the selling and buying of our homes in Burlington. From the moment he saw our home all the way through us moving into our new home, he was helpful, responsible, and comprehensive with all of our needs as a buyer and seller. He provided a thorough analysis of our home and helped negotiate a fair deal for both of our transactions. Paul does well everything you expect a Realtor to do, and he does it with complete professionalism, honesty and care (as if it was his own home he was selling). What is most impressive is that it doesn't stop there - Paul goes above and beyond throughout the entire process. In selling our home, for no extra cost, he brought in a stager and created floor plans to ensure we sold our home for top dollar. He work tirelessly to make sure our house was shown often for open houses and private showings, He even went to our home multiple times to take care of our dog, while we were at work, so potential buyers could view our house. Once we were under contract, he took it upon himself to schedule and be available for the home inspection, fire inspection, and the last water bill reading. Paul, even went so far as to help the seller of our new home (how was not his client) move furniture out of the house, so the closing on the new home would be as smooth as possible. We highly recommend Paul, without any reservation. He sold our home quickly and made the experience quite painless.

I just sold a townhouse in Woburn through Paul and was very pleased and would use him again. Since I am out of state it was very helpful how Paul handled a lot of details about painting and patching, staging and various certs required. His commission is very fair and he does not charge for extra marketing services that some realtors charge for. I particularly like that he is confident enough in his abilities that his contract allows the seller to cancel the contract at any time for any reason; no getting locked into a contract for 90 days. My guess is that no one ever cancels. He helped us price the property correctly, we got to choose among 8 offers within the first week on the market, and we closed at 5% over the asking price. Great job!

We can't thank Paul enough for everything that he did too make selling our home so painless. Paul is professional, honest, hard working and makes the selling process so easy, because he does everything. We met with Paul on Wednesday he listed our house immediately, had an open house that weekend and had the house under contract on Thursday. If you are considering selling or buying in or around Burlington, we highly recommend that you contact Paul. We can assure you that you will not regret it.

We can not praise Paul enough for his skills to make overall experience of selling and buying home as smooth as possible. We bought and sold our house working with him and foremost thing that strikes you about him is his honesty. His advice and consultations are spot-on and he never tries to sway your opinion either way. He presents facts and gives you space to make your own decision. Paul goes above and beyond to even take care of items that would be considered by others as home owners responsibility. He is extremely passionate about his work and it always shows in his actions at various points during the entire process. He brings together tons of real estate experience, knowledge of the neighborhood, and fantastic negotiation skills to the table which makes him probably the best real estate agent in the area, hands down. We will go with Paul again if we have to deal in real estate transaction in future.

Paul is probably the best real estate agent in the Burlington, Billerica area. He's from the area & has been working there for decades. He was able to track down a contractor who worked on our house 25 years ago and resolved buyers questions. He sold our house, like it was his own . He made the process easy & painless. I cannot praise him enough. Most people I know work with Paul exclusively. He managed everybody from the stager, to the lawyer and everybody in between. Thanks to Paul our house was sold in 5 weeks flat.

Working with Paul has always been a pleasure and an incredibly wise move. What I like best about Paul is his ability to give feedback (good or bad) on neighborhoods, schools, housing layouts, etc. I've purchased two different homes via Paul, both transactions were fantastic. I also used him to buy and sell our first home. We got an accepted offer in less than 3 weeks and one of those weeks was over the July 4th holiday when no one is house hunting. He takes care of the the details, Highly recommend.

It was great working with Paul. Paul is very experienced in the Burlington and surrounding area. My house was listed within a week of our first meeting and we had an offer the week after. Paul made reasonable recommendation, he knew the kind of clientele that we were trying to attract and is very knowledgeable about the Burlington area. Paul went above and beyond to even take care of items that would be considered by others as home owners responsibility. I highly recommend Paul and I would work with him again anytime.

Hiring Paul to sell my house turned out to be among the best decisions that I made recently. First of all, I should thank my friend Asish for recommending Paul to me.We have moved out of the house two and half years back and rented it out for last 2 years. I gave the house to Paul once my tenant vacated to sell. As it was rented house, Paul recommended to do some work in the house and he took care of everything in finding the right and economical contractors, then getting work done properly and in timely manner and then arranging payments etc... He even paid for few things from his own pocket. I would have gone crazy if I need to do every thing by my self. Then he got the house staged so beautifully. He must of paid good amount of money for staging. Since the house was empty, the staging helped a lot to sell the house. Then he put together a very good listing in MLS with beautiful pictures and excellent video tour with accurate details of the house.Once the house went into market, we got multiple offers as the house was priced correctly. He negotiated with the buyer agents skillfully and was able to get multiple offers above the asking price. When I was in confusion on which buyer to select, he helped me to choose the right buyer which turned out to be a good decision and the the house closing was done in timely manner and as planned. He also helped to fix and handle some issues that came up during the inspection. At the end I am so glad I hired Paul Conti and I was able to sell my house above the asking price sitting 3000 miles away in California. Also Paul's commission rate was very reasonable and lower than those other agents from big real estate firms that I talked to.You can email me (ss i ddi reddy < at > y a h oo.com) if want to know more about my experience with Paul.-Srinivas Siddireddy

Paul sold us our home. While he was the selling agent he was wonderful with his honesty about the house, neighborhood, and town. He is a resident of the town, and was able to give us a lot of information we only would have figured out by living in the town. This was an incredible help in selecting a home. He was wonderful to work with, helped us out through email, got us back into the house to look at it multiple times. We did not have a purchasing agent, and Paul was fantastic through the entire process.
