Patie Millen Group, Inc

Patie was great and she got my house smoothly!! Patty and Patie are the dream team! I was having many family issues and they were kind and worked around it. It was very easy to get a hold of them. They are both problem solvers! I highly recommend Patie and Patty!

Patie and her team provided awesome advice and service for us as out of state buyers. She walked us through the process and took care of details which made the purchase smooth and with little concern. When particulars came up during the escrow she guided us keeping it on track resulting in the purchase of our home. Highly recommend Patie for anyone buying real estate in the Rouge Valley.

Patie and her team, were amazing in finding a buyer for my store in the first week it went up on her website. She guided me through the process all the step of the way. I would highly recommend her if you are selling a business or a home. Caring and a good listener two qualities that are hard to find in these times

I recently sold my home and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. The listing agent, Patie Millen, went above and beyond with communication, marketing, guidance, and negotiation, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. If we had a bump in the road, she readily implemented a resolution. The marketing presentation, photography, and overall strategy were excellent, and I felt like our best interests were being protected. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, and the team was quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. What stood out most was the combination of expertise and genuine personal attention. I always felt valued, respected, and well informed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Patie Millen and Patty Davis are the best team ever! Both extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and so very helpful. Gave great advice about preparing my condo for listing and went above and beyond to help me arrange contractors, etc. since I was out of state and couldn't travel to Ashland to help. Had a very good offer in only 9 days and while some complications developed before closing, we still got it all dealt with and closed in less than a month. I highly recommend this team.
