He gave advice to get our house ready, walked us through the contracts, repairs and various documents. I never had a question he didn't get an immediate answer for. He even sought out advice from his broker if he needed a second opinion. He kept me in the loop daily when the house was being shown with appointments, feedback and offers. The entire process of selling our house was seamless because Ian was so thorough. Communication is key in a process like this and that is where he shines.

He learned what I liked and above all kept me from settling on something less than what I wanted. It felt like going to see houses with a friend and now I whole heartedly consider him to be one. When it came to selling my home, he gave me expert advise on how to stage it and present to market. Ultimately he got me an above than expected offer and was able to arrange it so I could stay post sale long enough to move into my new home. He is, in a nutshell, a genuine human being and a stand out in his field. I am beyond thankful to have had his help through this part of my life.
