After watching a sell and purchase that Jena did with a family member of ours, we decided to utilize her expertise and services for our first time homebuyer experience. I will forever be grateful that we did! We had a very complex VA Loan process with extreme expectations and standards. Jena made this entire process SO extremely easy by first connecting us with an amazing lender. Once we were pre-approved, Jena found an outstanding amount of homes to consider. Not only that, but she spent HOURS showing us homes, even ones she knew inside we would not care for, but insisted to see. She was patient, honest, extremely hardworking and TRUSTWORTHY! She really served us well by establishing an impressive rapport with the selling agent, which ultimately made the negotiations simple and acceptable.
