ReviewAmanda knew the area(s) I was interested in and was proficient with/to my needs. I was PICKY with various elements of my new home search. She continued for almost a year in assisting me. Amanda always had a smile and was helpful when we viewed a home. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a competent realtor.

Review She was not honest with us. She hired a contractor who was a friend. He did a terrible job. His work did not pass inspection three times. She left for Hawaii for several weeks and no other realtor helped with the sale of the house.

Review complicated sale went smoothly only when we hired Amanda Parker of Parker Heights Realty. Our previous broker had the property for 9 months. Amanda sold our house in 7 weeks even with Covid-19 issues. HIRE HER - you do want things to go smoothly, dont you?

Review Knew what kind of house we wanted, what we needed to sell our house for in order to buy a new one. Hands down the most observant Realtor in Oregon by watching and searching the market, calling others in the area and even finding people for other options. Amanda is a 10 star rating on a 5 star scale. Her office works terrific as a team and again 10 stars! Amanda will never disappoint you, your goals or your dollar if buying and or selling with her and her office. Her smile is gold and knowledge is priceless.

Review We recently sold and bought our dream home with Amanda and she was always willing to meet us whenever we had places to look at. We even had a difficult to sell home (was near I-5) and she never gave up! Was always there to do open houses and going to realtor weekly meetings to showcase our home. We looked at 100s of houses to buy and she was determined to help us find exactly what we were looking for!

Review Amanda helped us into our first home, and I couldn?t imagine anyone more patient or knowledgeable with our very challenging fha purchase of a foreclosure. There were more bumps in the road than not, and after seeing countless homes, Amanda never gave up or became less available in our search, as long and tiring as it got. She was honest and consistent for the entire 6 month process, and I also got to witness her interactions with other clients, and can say that she brought them the same level of professionalism, kindness and patience that we experienced! Thanks Amanda!
