Park Street Realty

We highly recommend Tim Schepers! He recently helped us sell our townhome and made the entire process smooth. Tim was patient, always available to answer our questions, and wonderful to communicate with. Thank you, Tim!

I have worked with Tim on two occasionsaEUR"once as a buyer and once as a selleraEUR"and it was an absolute pleasure working with him both times. Tim is one of those rare finds where genuineness and authenticity meet skill and pragmatism. He doesnt try to distort reality or simply tell you what you want to hear. He explains things the way they are, makes his opinion clear, and then respects you as the decision-maker by laying out the pros and cons so you can make the right choice. What really stood out to me is that he genuinely cares about the property and about protecting your hard-earned asset. In our case, we were handling the transactions remotely, and Tim went above and beyond. He personally visited the property multiple times to get things sorted out and kept us regularly updated throughout the process. We always felt that someone we could trust was looking after our interests. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I know this firsthand because he managed our needs brilliantlyaEUR"not once, but twice. Connect with Tim for your next real estate journeyaEUR"youll appreciate his expertise every step of the way.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Tim. He was patient with all my first-time homebuyer questions and explaining the process of buying my home, and was always honest with me so that I could make informed decisions. I'm confident and excited moving into my home, and grateful for Tim's help every step of the way.

Tim was great to work with. Did a great job helping determine the purchase price. Knowledgeable, friendly and communicative throughout the entire process.

Tim helped me sell a property for the first time. He answered all of my questions clearly, and advocated for me when needed. He is straightforward and has very good expertise. Definitely would recommend!
