I hadn't sold a home in over 25 years and Tim guided me through the entire process. He gave me suggestions on things to do prior to selling, but didn't pressure me to do anything that I didn't want to do. The photos taken by his photographer were top notch. Tim also guided me on suggested listing price, which I felt was a fair but competitive price. Life can be pretty crazy and when mine took a turn for the worst Tim was right there to offer any assistance he could. I needed to move to Beloit WI because of a family emergency in August/September. And Tim was able to get my house sold within 3 days and the house closed within a month. The communication and extremely quick response time was outstanding with Tim.
