Even with Covid-19 and a few things the home needed to bring the home to Par, she had 6 showings the 1st day on the market. Had the buyer to the home later that week and closed about a month later! Kim was referred to us at a sad and stressful time in our lives. My wife's sister passed away, and we needed to sell her house. That's never an easy thing to do, especially long distance. Karen Rand is amazing person and as an agent. She made herself available at anytime I need her help even in a short notice and weekend. She is very knowledge about the area and the house . I live in Charlotte, NC and running my own business. I only able to come down to FL during weekend. She made herself available for me to show me anything I need even in a very short notice and weekend. She helped me to arrange all inspection and contractor.
