That's never an easy thing to do, especially long distance. We live in the Chicago suburbs and the house is in Englewood, Florida. Kim and her husband, Chris, went above and beyond by helping us with numerous issues before, during, and after our visit. It's like they were long time family friends. They also knew all the right people to contact. After our arrival, we needed a few days to take care of personal items in the house. Kim did not list the house until we were ready. After our second day, we gave her the "go-ahead." Immediately, a sign went up in the front yard, and within the next day or two, she had a contract on the house. I can't say enough great things about Kim, and very highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIEDOffers indecisive answers even to the simplest questions of her role representing me as a buyer. Claims to be an expert however only familiar with her immediate neighborhood and not even surrounding communities. Always running late more than 30 or 40 minutes. Not very current on basis real estate laws. Found another agent who was a professional and took their real estate career as a business rather than just dabbling like Kim.

Kim Kruysman is a definite stand out. Always professional, prompt and attentive, whether I'm buying or selling-she facilitates the most hassle free transaction(s) I've been involved in to date. I've regularly met inexperienced agents that I've had to "coach" (not bragging mind you) through the transaction causing me to want to charge them for the lessons I'm giving them! Very annoying and nerve-wracking to say the least. Kim earns her keep and them some by handling everything in a timely manner and tactfully"schooling" ME on the recent changes in real estate! (There's a humbling breath of fresh air!) I'm sure I'm not her only client but her availability and glitch free processing of my transactions make me feel that way. I'm hesitant to endorse my greatest find in real estate as I selfishly don't want to share her but I feel she won't let me down no matter how much business this brings her. She patiently showed us house after house, noting our comments, and zoning in to just what we were looking for. Once we found the right home with the right asking price, Kim explained in detail to us what we had to look out for, which questions to ask, and answered our questions about the differences in the markets between our two countries in great detail. We successfully made our purchase, and have never looked back. There were no surprises for us, because Kim was so thorough. We recommend her very highly.
