Working with Tony on our purchase of our was an amazing experience. Before taking us on as clients, he took time to review the contractual terms and conditions so that knew what to expect as a buyer and our protections. This took about 2 hours and we were allowed time to consider before committing. We went to see several properties. This property we saw the day before Resurrection Sunday. Our son saw the neighborhood/house, & immediately knew it was home, and so did my wife and I. To avoid a bidding war, I wanted to offer above asking price. Tony told me to let him do his job. While on our way to the next property, he was already making moves. Sunday night, he called us and informed us that our offer was accepted.
