Patrick helped us navigate the roller coaster of buying our first home with skills that went way beyond that of a typlical realtor - he was basically our therapist as we mulled over the minuta of such a live changing decision. But emotional intelligence aside - Patrick excelled at helping us find our dream home and navigate the incredibly long home buying process with ease. We really appreciated how easy he was to talk to - like we were old friends - and he was always very generous with his time to show us a property or answer our calls and texts. As newcomers relocating from the Bay Area to Mendocino, his deep knowledge of the area, rural living, and having relationships with listing agents was a huge plus.

Wow, I couldnt have gone through the home buying process without Patrick. Patrick was real, completely unphased by anything that came up for us, easy to talk to and hilarious. Id call him more of a home buying guru than real estate agent. There were so many elements to buying a house. From the emotional toll of relocating and uncertainty to navigating a whole process and paperwork I was unfamiliar with, Patrick was knowledgable and supportive through the whole thing. In the end we got our dream property and I am so happy.

Patrick was such an amazing resource for us while we were buying our first home. His patience, local knowledge and experience made us feel so at ease during the entire process. It is scary to purchase a home for the first time, but he walked us through every step of the process and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He took every question and request we had seriously, no matter how big or small. He was highly personable, making us feel like old friends whenever we chatted. Even my lender gave him high praise. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for all your help and care Patrick!

It was our first time purchasing a commercial property and Patrick went above and beyond helping us in the process. He let us know what to expect at each stage, and brought crucial knowledge of local bank and government processes.

He did a great job he helped me get all the information I needed when we made a time to meet to look at a piece of property. It was always there on time and he had the proper combinations to get done on the properties so pleased with this performance.
