Because of the property type and working with a bank, we had to go many extra steps before we closed the deal but Patrick was right there to help me when needed. Indeed, I only signed the docs when Patrick confirmed everything. Process itself was a hassle but Patrick did not let me realize it. Trust is almost everything and I went through a lender Patrick recommended, they dealt with everything. I hardly communicated with lender/broker, may be couple of times as I felt all were trustworthy. I am a very analytical person and I want to make sure everything is presented in front of me before I make the decision. Patrick was always there to help my analysis. ZillowVERIFIED Buying and selling houses is never easy but when we decided to sell our California home to buy one in Arizona, it seemed like a pretty daunting process.Patrick Reda went from being a friendly neighbor to being a multi-tasking realtor juggling all of our schedules to accomplish the mission: get a confirmed and bank-approved offer in less than one week to satisfy the demands of the seller of our Arizona home. Fortunately for us, Patrick was up for the challenge and became a coach to cheer us through the fast-paced preparations that week leading to a unique marketing strategy that culminated with an offer deadline set for Sunday a 5 p.m. His marketing strategy worked. There were 11 written offers for us to consider, which Patrick sorted through for us and brought the most secure 5 to us for consideration that Sunday evening.
