I can't say enough about how great it was working with Michelle! She was super responsive to texts, emails, and calls any time we had a question or concern and jumped right in to resolve a couple of snags we ran into. Michelle knows the market very well and was able to give us guidance on making a fair offer and was great negotiating with the sellers. She also has good relationships with mortgage lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, etc. that helped a lot with the tight timeline we were on.
