ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from Michigan to Florida and thought SW Florida waterfront was what we wanted. However, we had no idea of all the different types and all the different factors involved with them. We started conversing and looking at listings with Sarah a month before traveling to Cape Coral for a week to view houses with her. We toured several homes each day for four days during our week visit. We were exhausted but from early morning to late at night she was relentless in providing information and new listings to review. A month after our visit we asked her to put an offer on a home she had found for us. She did, and had our best interest all the way! The hurdles she helped us overcome during the process are too many to list. She had all the resources we needed after the offer was accepted. She handled everything with expediency, all while we were in Michigan. She renegotiated after the home inspection yielded major faults and we ended up with our dream home for less and had repairs made. Sarah's market knowledge and perseverance all with our best interest in mind is unmatched in this industry!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah first helped us find our rental property over five years ago and now we called her again to help us sell our condo and buy our new home. She is an amazing negotiator and extremely patient. She is super knowledgeable. People have asked us how we were able to sell and buy a property so quickly and I told them its all because of our realtor Sarah.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah is super knowledgeable about the market and market trends. She doesn't try to get the listing without managing your expectations first. Something you don't see a lot with realtors. If you want a realtor that goes the extra mile to sell your home, call Sarah ASAP.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was amazing to work with! I am from out of state and really did not know where to start. I was shopping for both my wife and I and are best friends. Sarah spent the entire day with me trying to help me figure out what made sense for us. By the end of the day I settled on a new community in Bonita Beach and we bought side-by-side units with Sarah. Great experience from start to finish!!

ZillowVERIFIED I truly can't say enough good things about my experience working with Sarah. From our first phone call I was struck by her poise and evident knowledge about the particular area of South Fort Myers where we were selling, and the challenges and market we faced for our property. Because we were not physically in Fort Myers throughout much of the process, we depended completely on Sarah for everything: recommending contractors, painters, taking pictures, giving keys and fobs, interfacing with the HOA and property management company, etc. When I think of concierge service in the future, I'll think of the way Sarah treated us and try to imitate it with my own clients.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Connecticut to SWFL thinking we could find and purchase our new home ourselves. We studied the market and looked at properties online for over a year so we thought we could pull it off. Ha! Things arent at all as they sometimes appear online. We were quite disappointed with what we discovered aEURoeon the groundaEUR?. Fortunately we got hooked up with Sarah who expertly assisted us at every step of the way. Shed respond to messages whenever we sent them regardless of how late in the day it was. She provided a lot of information about neighborhoods/areas we couldnt discover ourselves. Once we zeroed in our our eventual choice (Fort Myers) she managed the negotiations and each and every detail keeping our interests in her sights. We closed in record time with quite favorable terms. We couldnt have been happier with her performance. If youre looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and responsive realtor use Sarah.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was my agent representing me in the sale of my Venetian Point home. This was before the real estate bubble so Sarah had to work very hard to sell my new home in a development that had new construction going on. Sarah was creative in how she presented my property over the models, was always on top of things and was just wonderful to work The best recommendation I can give for Sarah is that I would have her represent me again without any hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED If I had one word to describe Sarah, it would be: AMAZING!!This was my second time working with Sarah in the last few years. She helped me purchase my home as a first time home buyer a couple years ago. Because of that great experience, I knew I wanted to work with her again to sell that home. We just closed a few days ago and I couldnt be happier. Sarah already knows, if I come back in Florida again in the next few years, she will be getting a call again for the third time.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the luxury of working with Sara Sanzica and her team with Palm Paradise Real Estate in purchasing our house new house in Florida. She made the process seamless. She was so professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, quick and always answered our questions. Was always very prepared and really exceeded expectations when we would meet to look at houses. She would have information on all the houses I had chose to look at and also have other ideas and recommendations. She was able to pick up on my personality and suggest different areas than I had chose to look at. We actually ended up buying a place that was perfect and was totally her suggestion. We are extremely happy with our new place. Once we made the decision to go with the house, her team worked with us on all the paper work. They had check lists and paper work already drawn up at all the right times. Since it had been 30 years since our last purchase I was pretty rusty on the process. Working with Sara and her team I never had to worry about completing any paper work on time. I would totally work with Sara and anyone on the Palm Paradise Real Estate team. I cannot say enough praises for all the EXCELLENT service and experience we received from this team!!!!
