We were very thankful for Franks help throughout the entire process of building and purchasing our new home. His experience in construction helped us when selecting options in the design process and he was always available to answer our questions during the build. After the homes completion, his knowledge and tenacity really came into play during closing. This was our first home buying experience and without Frank and his team, we wouldnt have been able to navigate the closing process. There were incorrect numbers on the first several closing disclosures and Frank was quick to point them out and keep us from spending thousands more than we needed to. Frank was great! I accidentally found a property on my own and I knew immediately I needed Frank to represent me. He jumped into action immediately and was able to get me in to my property in 30ish days. He was more than happy to make it to any appointments I could not and send me a video.
