His experience in construction helped us when selecting options in the design process and he was always available to answer our questions during the build. After the homes completion, his knowledge and tenacity really came into play during closing. This was our first home buying experience and without Frank and his team, we wouldnt have been able to navigate the closing process. There were incorrect numbers on the first several closing disclosures and Frank was quick to point them out and keep us from spending thousands more than we needed to. He made sure that the lender and title company made the necessary corrections before we proceeded with anything else. ZillowVERIFIED Frank was the outside real estate agent when I was buying a new house from a builder in 2021. Frank was helpful and reliable. Frank was quiet. But he listened carefully and stooped down to write the house price quoted by the builder's sales person on my paper. Later when the price was raised on the contract, Frank's careful action helped to clear up the confusion. Frank is a good person and a good real estate agent/broker. My son found Frank Barrera to help me buy a house in Henderson, Nevada. Later on the closing paper, it was known legally that he represented the builder. I do not fully understand this. But anyway, he was helpful to me. I fully recommend him to you, no matter you are buying or selling a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I am very disappointed I spoke with 7 agents, all of them offered to help me sell and buy a house, what I was looking for is an agent who knows that the sale of my house is safe and buying another one is also safe money, I was looking for a agent to help me negotiate the sale and purchase and repair negotiations on my behalf since the agent's commission was already secure. Although the other agents offered me to pay expenses and earn less commission, I was looking for someone with more spark to do this business, the reason I accepted Frank Barrera is because he sent me the agent contract instantly to be my agent and that made me think he was good. I myself looked for the house I bought and got the loan. The sale of my house was super easy, it was from 2019 and the agent could not negotiate with the purchase of the new house that needed many repairs and that I put 20 thousand dollars more than the price and says that he forgot to tell me that the sellers do not want to fix or pay to fix on new purchase. the house i sold didn't need fixing and i had to pay double cleaning and i made sure it was clean and i paid for the days i stayed and i paid for the painting and the agent charged me again for the cleaning and couldn't negotiate anything in my favor and I had to accept all the charges, for the sale of my house. And the house that I bought was littered with garbage and the floor was dirty and many AND WITH MANY repairs and he couldn't do anything to help me neither repair nor fix anything in the house I bought. nor the deposit of the house that I sold and the rent that they charged me, I have to be begging for the money that even the agent frank barrier has not requested that they give me, my money cannot do that, I have to be talking with scrow to ask when they are going to give me the deposit and the rest of the money that I left for the sale as the agent already charged the commission, he can't even forget that he must also make sure that they give me my missing money, he didn't help me looking for a house and was only an agent on paper and does not serve as an agent

Frank help me find my perfect condo before it was even live on Zillow so we were literally the first ones to see it.
