Our Texas Real Estate

Susan listed my house at the perfect price. She helped me to get it ready for pictures and showing. We had more than 25 viewings and several offers in just three days! Susan really kept me from stressing over the process. I highly recommend her!

Susan was great to work with. She was responsive and made sure the lender, surveyor, etc. all provided the necessary information. The property was a Barndo which has a unique set of requirements for loan requirements. Susan was very knowledgeable about these unique properties. In addition we did not actually see the property in person before we made the offer. Susan provided us additional photographs, floor plans and her description of the property was right on when we finally where able to see the property.

Susan was AWESOME! I wasted 5 weeks with Opendoor getting the old bait & switch; the only good thing that came from it was that I met Susan. She jumped right to work, had the house listed in a couple of days and then sold in a week! She knows the market and brought multiple buyers in for showings for several days and managed getting cleaners, painter and lawn service in. I can't thank her enough for a great experience! I would work with her again any time.

Susan helped our family with the total package. She helped locate the exact type of home we are looking for. She advised on the right price and conditions for purchase. She put the offers together quickly and supported making offers that were exactly what we wanted to do. She worked countless hours to support us in our home acquisition process. I highly recommend Susan as a realtor to any one. She will out work and out perform the competition for you.
