ZillowVERIFIEDSusan was AWESOME! I wasted 5 weeks with Opendoor getting the old bait & switch; the only good thing that came from it was that I met Susan. She jumped right to work, had the house listed in a couple of days and then sold in a week! She knows the market and brought multiple buyers in for showings for several days and managed getting cleaners, painter and lawn service in. I can't thank her enough for a great experience! I would work with her again any time.

ZillowVERIFIED Susan was great to work with. She was responsive and made sure the lender, surveyor, etc. all provided the necessary information. The property was a Barndo which has a unique set of requirements for loan requirements. Susan was very knowledgeable about these unique properties. In addition we did not actually see the property in person before we made the offer. Susan provided us additional photographs, floor plans and her description of the property was right on when we finally where able to see the property.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time buyers me and my wife had no experience in home buying . Lucky for us Susan was there every step of the way , to guide us and help us thought . She was to us like heaven sent . She was the person to have on our side when facing the lenders and given advises for us about buying a home. She always looked out for our best interest. Not only is she a great realtor but hopefully future friend. Thanks Susan for all you've done.

ZillowVERIFIED I had been tiring to sell my house by myself for a few months with no luck when Susan got in contact with me. As soon as we got paperwork settled she got straight to work on showing the house giving me updates all along the way. She offered her professional advice whenever possible for things I could do to help sell the house quicker. Shortly after bringing her onboard she had a serious buyer. This being the first home I have ever sold she helped me through all the negotiations giving me advice along the way. Overall I am extremely satisfying with everything she has done. She relieved a lot of my stress through out the whole process.
