Osborn Hays Real Estate

Shelly was incredible to work with. Shes very knowledgeable, thorough when walking through houses, researches the history of the property, and was always quick to respond. She made our first home buying experience a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

Having Shelly guide us through buying our first house was the best choice! She works fast, is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions immediately. She has an incredible work ethic and truly takes care of everything from start to finish so you don't have to stress. On top of that she is personable, nice and very easy to talk to. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We honestly could not have asked for a better realtor. Moving our family from overseas to Louisiana was a huge undertaking, and having Shelly in our corner made the entire process so much easier. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Her experience really showed throughout the entire process. She knew the area, understood the market, caught things we wouldnt have thought to look for, and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood what was happening and felt comfortable with each decision. What stood out the most was how much she went above and beyond for us, especially considering we were moving from another country. She was our eyes and ears when we couldnt always be there ourselves, and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interests rather than just trying to make a sale. She was professional when she needed to be, but also incredibly personable and easy to work with. We never felt like just another client. She truly cared about our family finding a home that was the right fit for us. We are so grateful we found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her knowledge, experience, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond are exactly what you want in a realtor. We couldnt be happier with our experience!

Amazing Realtor!!!! We are so thankful to have had such an amazing realtor throughout the process of purchasing our home! From start to finish, Shelly was incredibly helpful, patient, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier and were always there to answer our questions and guide us through every step. We couldnt have asked for a better person to help us find and purchase our home. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. If youre looking to buy or sell a home, we highly recommend Shelly! Thank you!

Sage did an amazing job. She knew what I needed, when I needed it, and where to go. For my first house, she made it a breeze. She was extremely knowledgeable of all of the areas, housing history, and paid attention to house prices fluctuating to help get the best option possible.
