I reached out to the VA OneStop for assistance and they gave me Shelly! Shelly's welcome letter surprised me! It had so much information about the area and it made me feel welcome. When I read through it I realized that I had a better knowledge of the area and where I wanted to live. Shelly connected with me and her personality is exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and knowledge made me feel comfortable. I knew I did not have to worry because Shelly became a part of my support team.
