We were fortunate to have Asya Eberle as our agent guiding us through the many stages of finding and moving into our island retreat. After initially responding to a query on a small house, she helped outline goals, show us available offerings, understand differences among the San Juan islands. We were impressed by her clarity and commonsense in assessments, her ability to integrate our tastes and constantly adapt to our changing criteria as we became more discerning. After 2 visits, we were confident that we had a realistic approach and she would find a match as soon as it became available (important in a hot market). Sure enough, she nailed it, our offer per her recommendations was accepted. However, the post offer process is where Asya excelled. She tracked and updated the many and evolving action items required for a closing with contingencies and unexpected complexities. A master project manager and communicator, she pushed the various action items forward providing useful resources and realistic estimates on completion times. Many agents can sell a house but Asya was a true star in her in bringing our transaction to a close, she handled bureaucratic details, small and big through thick and thin. We were lucky to have Asya, a master of both strategy and execution, as our agent and recommend her highly.
