Sparkle bass is the best realator servicing the tri state area of Fayetteville. She is extremely patient and WILL get you in the house you want with your best interests at heart. I cannot thank her enough for her help in my purchase.

Sparkle is an amazing realtor. She listens to you and provides excellent suggestions when looking for a house. She is great at communicating and is terrific at negotiating. I have bought 2 homes and sold one home under her care and would recommend to anyone needing someone to advocate for you.

Seriously, if you're looking for a real estate agent who shines brighter than a diamond, Sparkle is your person! She made the whole process feel like a breeze, even the parts I was dreading. Super professional, knows her stuff inside and out, and genuinely cares about finding you the perfect spot (or getting yours sold!). Couldn't recommend her enough!

Working with Sparkel was hands-down the best decision we made during our home buying journey. From start to finish, she went above and beyond in every possible way. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, quick to respond to any questions, and truly made us feel like we were her top priority. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. Sparkel wasnt just trying to sell us a houseaEUR"she was determined to help us find the right home for our family. She guided us through the process with honesty, professionalism, and a whole lot of heart. There were moments when things got stressful, but Sparkel always had our back and made sure everything stayed on track. She even went out of her way to handle things that werent technically her responsibilityaEUR"just because she wanted to help. That level of dedication is rare, and were so grateful for it. If you want a realtor who is passionate, reliable, and truly exceptional at what she doesaEUR"Sparkel is it. We couldnt be happier with our experience and would recommend her a thousand times over.

Sparkle is a great realtor, highly recommend she listened to what we wanted and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She was very flexible with her schedule as well, Answered all our questions, and got us in price range we wanted all around a great experience
