ZillowVERIFIED We cant thank sparkle enough for helping us find our forever home! We were buying a home while across the country and very skeptical of really buying a house without seeing it in person and Sparkle truly alleviated all our concerns and reassured us throughout the process. She was very responsive within the hour to any of our questions or concerns and also very accommodating. I couldnt believe the deal she managed to work for us was amazing. She truly wants whats in the best interest of her clients and I couldnt recommend anyone better for this job!

ZillowVERIFIED Sparkle was an AMAZING realtor to work with! As a first-time homebuyer, she was with me every step of the way. She connected me with a lender that helped me with items on my credit; and she also helped me discover the correct lender for my mortgage loan based on my improved credit. If there was something I didnt under she had no problem with breaking things down for me with simple explanations and examples. She communicated great with my bank lender and my homes builder; while advocating for my needs and wants. She always returned my phone calls and emails within 24 hours; and most times she responded with 2-4 hours the same day. During the walk throughs of my newly built home, she wasnt afraid to address concerns or questions with the builder to make sure things were being done correctly for my home. She also did surprise visits (with us receiving pre-approval of times and days that we could visit the home) to make sure things looked good, was safe, materials was in great shape, etc. If I ever purchase another home or sell my current home, I will 100% utilize her services again!

ZillowVERIFIED Sparkle was great to work with, she and her team were always friendly and professional! She worked with us for 1 year and was always responsive to all of our requests. I gained a new respect for realtors because I saw how much work is involved in helping people like us over such a long period of time! She set up maybe 30 houses for viewing and offered advice and guidance, patiently bearing with all of our questions. If she was not available for a showing, she sent one of her other team members to accommodate. We were first time buyers and had to have everything explained. We didnt even know what the words escrow, due diligence, and appraisal addendum meant. No matter how many questions, even if I made her repeat herself, she was aways patient and helpful which was very important to us because we were so nervous as first-timers. But she held our hands through the whole process and Im sure youll have the same experience. She was on top of every situation, and took initiative on smoothing out issues with lenders, and spoke up when she sensed fishiness from lenders or sellers to protect us. Grateful for her and her team! -Dean

ZillowVERIFIED Sparkle literally is God sent! We could not have asked for a better Real Estate agent. My mother and I had been looking to buy land for our family for months and were extremely nervous throughout the entire buying process. We spoke to other real estate agents but did not feel comfortable with them. Sparkle made us feel very comfortable and confident every step of the way! She is extremely knowledgeable, communicable, efficient, and provided top-notch support! We asked a million questions and she gave us a million great, honest and transparent answers. If it had not been for her, we probably would not have purchased. One of the things Im most grateful for throughout this entire process is that she helped us. We will definitely hire her for all of our real estate needs moving forward!
