Julie was great to deal with. Her knowledge and insight on different communities we were looking to purchase in was great. I really appreciated how straightforward Julie was throughout the whole process. We were a little nervous beginning the process of purchasing our first home, but Julie was fantastic at guiding us through the process and putting us at ease. The buying market is an absolute frenzy right now (March 2022), but somehow Julie got us the 4th home we looked at. We ended up purchasing the first home we put an offer in on. I know another young couple that ended up putting 16 offers on and got beat on 15 of them. Almost every home on the market right now will have multiple offers. Julie is a pro at navigating crazy multiple offer situations. The only downside with the whole process was the sellers agent. The selling agent was not very responsive, but Julie stayed on top of the situation and got answers for us. The rest of the Kombrink Team was great to work with as well. Once you have a home under contract, they keep you well informed of where everything is at in the process. If I am ever in the market for a home in the future, Julie will be my first call. She treated us like we were family.
