ZillowVERIFIED We're a first-time homebuyer and we got Miles' name from a friend who recently sold & bought their homes with Miles' help. From the beginning Miles had been a rock in what could easily be a very stressful experience. He immediately built good rapport with my wife, and it didn't take long for him to interpret our desire into a list of potential homes. We only looked at seven homes before we finally closed on our dream home. That's to show how insightful and accurate his approach was. And things were not always smooth, but Miles was very patient dealing with us. Being a first-time homebuyer, we had to learn quickly when to put an offer, what would be a reasonable amount, and most of all, timing was key. We made a few offers that were not quick enough nor hit the right amount, but Miles provided guard rail that allowed us to learn quickly. I'm sure at times he'd like us to behave differently, but we never felt that he intruded in our decision making, so we really appreciated his patience ;). In the end, we put an offer that we were comfortable with, and his Kombrink team made sure that the whole process went smoothly. We're very satisfied with Miles & his teams support and would not hesitate to work with them again if opportunity arises.

Matt came impressed us as a genuine and candid professional who knew his business, the local market, and the regional market conditions. ZillowVERIFIED I really enjoyed working with the Kombrink team. They made every step of the selling process easy. Called Matt on a Sunday and he was at my house within a few hours to look at it. Had a meeting a few days later to go over specifics and decide on a price. Just made everything easy. If I called with a question he would get right back to me. As for showing the house, I decided to go out of town since there were over 50 showings in the 4 days the house was on the market. The team would even make sure the lights and doors were locked at the end of the day since I wasnt there. As for figuring out which offer to take Matt gave me his opinion and reason for it, but in the long run it was my decision. All I can say is it was a very smooth process.

ZillowVERIFIED Julie was great to deal with. Her knowledge and insight on different communities we were looking to purchase in was great. I really appreciated how straightforward Julie was throughout the whole process. We were a little nervous beginning the process of purchasing our first home, but Julie was fantastic at guiding us through the process and putting us at ease. The buying market is an absolute frenzy right now (March 2022), but somehow Julie got us the 4th home we looked at. We ended up purchasing the first home we put an offer in on. I know another young couple that ended up putting 16 offers on and got beat on 15 of them. Almost every home on the market right now will have multiple offers. Julie is a pro at navigating crazy multiple offer situations. The only downside with the whole process was the sellers agent. The selling agent was not very responsive, but Julie stayed on top of the situation and got answers for us. The rest of the Kombrink Team was great to work with as well. Once you have a home under contract, they keep you well informed of where everything is at in the process. If I am ever in the market for a home in the future, Julie will be my first call. She treated us like we were family.

Beautiful photos, a stunning video, and a nicely arranged brochure which highlighted the home's features. Matt gave solid pricing advice, and he and his team were very easy to work with. Our home had a contract within about 6 weeks from listing with Matt, after having been on the market with another agent for 18 months.
