ONE Sothebys International Realty

Leah is the only part of our home buying process that we could depend on! From sellers unresponsive agent to our own loan officer not doing her job, Leah picked up the slack and got us our home!

Roseanne was very helpful, knows the market and quickly got our unit sold. We had a tenant still under lease and despite that large hurdle, the unit sold quickly.

We bought our current home and sold our previous home both with the Coastal Home group. The entire team is top notch and truly knows how to provide a service beyond any reasonable expectations. Nikki and Rosanne a fun, personable and professional ladies representing the north Florida market. I would work with this group 1,000 times over. Not to mention they sold my house for asking price in 48hours!

I was connected with Wendi through my stepfather who works with Keller Williams. Wendi was such a blessing for my wife and I, she really got to know what we were looking for in a home and was honest and up front in all of her advice. Her suggestion in our situation to write an offer letter to the sellers I feel secured our home for us in this hectic and unsure market. She met with me at the beginning to walk me through some lingo and to get to know my wife and me. She was very responsive and communicated effectively and efficiently with us every step of the way. I never hesitated to ask her questions, and when I did, I always knew I would get an honest answer. If you're looking for someone trustworthy and someone that will put your best foot forward, Wendi is who you need!

Leah was fantastic! She helped my husband and I build our home and was there every step of the way giving us guidance and advice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and we were so lucky to have found her!
