One Sothenby's International Realty

It?s has been a great experience to work with Erika, she has been very responsable and always available for any questions or details. She has been very helpful and dedicated. We live out of the country and she was very committed.

I just sold my house that I lived in for 11 years that I absolutely was in love with. And it was a very hard decision for me to sell my house, but Erika really helped me along the way making the whole process from beginning to the end, smooth sailing Always there for me with whatever questions I had I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much, Erika I wish you nothing but the best.

Most people would leave a glowing recommendation because they completed a sale or purchase. Im going to leave a glowing recommendation because the work that Erika did was above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. My transaction was a sale, followed by a 1031 land exchange into two investments properties. This was a very complicated transaction with a lot of moving parts, and way too many attorneys. Erika is well versed in this type of exchange and was very helpful in catching a several missed details. She was a rockstar that was recognized by three attorneys as being instrumental in having such a complicated deal go through smoothly. Erika is worth giving a chance, you wont be sorry, I wasnt. Im eternally grateful Erika, thank you.

Erika was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. She was incredibly thorough, responsive, and knowledgeable, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and almost completely hands-free. She stayed on top of everything, kept me informed at every step, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. I always felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about finding the right home for me, rather than simply closing a deal. I couldnt be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Erika to anyone looking to buy a home. She made the entire process so much easier than I expected, and I'm extremely grateful for all her help!

We have bought and sold many properties over the years. Dealt with many realtors. Erika was the best realtor i have ever dealt with. Will be recommending her to family and friends.
