ZillowErika was absolutely amazing throughout the entire home-buying process. She was incredibly thorough, responsive, and knowledgeable, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and almost completely hands-free. She stayed on top of everything, kept me informed at every step, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. I always felt like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about finding the right home for me, rather than simply closing a deal. I couldnt be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Erika to anyone looking to buy a home. She made the entire process so much easier than I expected, and I'm extremely grateful for all her help!
ZillowMost people would leave a glowing recommendation because they completed a sale or purchase. Im going to leave a glowing recommendation because the work that Erika did was above and beyond what I expected from a real estate agent. My transaction was a sale, followed by a 1031 land exchange into two investments properties. This was a very complicated transaction with a lot of moving parts, and way too many attorneys. Erika is well versed in this type of exchange and was very helpful in catching a several missed details. She was a rockstar that was recognized by three attorneys as being instrumental in having such a complicated deal go through smoothly. Erika is worth giving a chance, you wont be sorry, I wasnt. Im eternally grateful Erika, thank you.
ZillowI just sold my house that I lived in for 11 years that I absolutely was in love with. And it was a very hard decision for me to sell my house, but Erika really helped me along the way making the whole process from beginning to the end, smooth sailing Always there for me with whatever questions I had I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much, Erika I wish you nothing but the best.

ZillowErika was amazing! She went above and beyond in every aspect of this deal. Patience when things were shaky, highly knowledgeable about the overall process, strong communication as I barely had to reach out to me because she updated me first. Negotiations skills emaculate, as she was able to talk the priced down a bit twice. All around one of the best in town. I have dealt with countless of realtors over the last 5 years, trust me when I say she is GOLD!
ZillowErika did an outstanding job assisting me with the sell of my condo. Her expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining the sell price and negotiate to get the best deal. erika was friendly , very involved ,responsive, set up regular check-ins , and always gave great advice. I appreciate everything she did to make the sell a very smooth and easy experience. She has my full trust and I will definitely seek her assistance in future real estate deals.

She was available every time I reached out to her. She did not let anyone take advantage of me during this tedious process. She was very patient with me and answer all my questions and concerns. She got the job done!!
ZillowErika is a fantastic real estate agent and she helped us through the whole process of buying our first home. Erika was extremely transparent through the whole process and made it abundantly clear that we were her number one priority. Erika has a fantastic network that she connected us with that made every aspect of the homebuying process from securing financing to closing so easy. She was recommended to us by a friend and I would absolutely pay that forward and recommend her to anyone buying a home in Fort Lauderdale.
