ONE Sotheby's International Realty

From the moment we connected with Danielle, following a search for aEUR~best real estate agent St Augustine, we had a super experience. Our property was relatively unique, a nice but relatively modest home about a 15-20min walk from the beach, but with one of St Augustine Beachs limited, short-term rental license. Danielle immediately knew how valuable this could be to the right buyer. She quickly set out a strategy for how to market the home to a targeted set of potential investors and also gave us great advice about how to ready it, but not over-spend, before listing. We were doing this from far away, and we really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Danielle, her responsiveness, and the connections she shared with some very skilled and responsive folks did some work on the house. In the end, Danielles strategy was sound, and more importantly, she knew how and worked hard to execute it. The home sold very quickly and for a very good price - right on target. We couldnt be happier with the service Danielle provided!

Danielle is a phenomenal agent. She navigated the purchase of our Ponce Landing home with expert precision, securing a fair price in a tricky market. What really sets her apart is her network; she provided top-tier contractor recommendations that made our transition seamless. Professional, knowledgeable, and a fierce advocate for her buyers!

Danielle Gustafson did a professional job with the sale of our home. We were under contract within 30 days of listing and closing happened rapidly afterwards. I am happy to recommend her services to anyone wanting a seamless experience. Tressie Sullivan

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service on Anastasia Island! We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Danielle Gustafson at ONE Sotheby's International Realty to find our perfect condo on Anastasia Island, Florida. Relocating from St. Louis, my wife and I had little knowledge of the Saint Augustine area. From our very first conversation, as a life long resident of the Saint Augustine area, Danielle demonstrated deep knowledge of the local market, communities, and unique advantages of island properties. She listened closely to exactly what we were looking for and curated a seamless search process. Thanks to her professional guidance, sharp negotiation skills, and constant communication, the entire buying process was smooth and completely stress-free resulting in us finding the ideal property for our needs. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the St. Augustine or Anastasia Island area, we cannot recommend Danielle Gustafson and the team at ONE Sotheby's International Realty highly enough!

We have been working with Danielle for an extended amount of time and have been "high maintenance" clients! Lots of indecision, change in plans etc. Danielle has stuck with us the entire time and never appeared frustrated by us. When we lost a buyer, she was quick to find a new one and the sale was completed. We continue to use her services while selling another property. Danielle is quick to respond, highly motivated, personable, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her!
