Our property was relatively unique, a nice but relatively modest home about a 15-20min walk from the beach, but with one of St Augustine Beachs limited, short-term rental license. Danielle immediately knew how valuable this could be to the right buyer. She quickly set out a strategy for how to market the home to a targeted set of potential investors and also gave us great advice about how to ready it, but not over-spend, before listing. We were doing this from far away, and we really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Danielle, her responsiveness, and the connections she shared with some very skilled and responsive folks did some work on the house. In the end, Danielles strategy was sound, and more importantly, she knew how and worked hard to execute it. The home sold very quickly and for a very good price - right on target. After having the spec home listed with two other brokers (at a lower asking price), I hired Danielle. This is no ordinary property - its a luxury build that included a waterfront estate with future riparian dock rights. Before listing the property, Danielle did weeks worth of research in order to accurately and professionally showcase the home. Wow, did she blow it out of the water! Under contract in less than two weeks and for 99% of asking price (a price above my prior asking), I couldnt be happier.
