We would highly recommend Chad Bishop to anyone looking to buy their new home. We already had a real estate agent, but he was not very good in returning our calls which was making us very nervous and frustrated. We found Chad by luck. One day we were driving by to look at a house that was listed on Zillow and I happened to click on a request for info and within few minutes Chad Bishop called us. I was just shocked how fast he responded. He ended up showing us that property the same day. We felt very comfortable with him right away and decided then that he would be our real estate agent to help us find our first house. Chad was wonderful in returning all of our calls and very willing to show us any property we wanted to see and never made us feel like we were bothering him. We were at times very nervous thanks to the fact that we were about to make such a big purchase and choosing our first home, but thanks to Chads great personality he made it so much better. So, we started our search at little fixer upper house and thanks to Chad we ended up buying our first dream house with everything we ever wanted and more. We are so grateful for that.
