When I interviewed for realtors, they were the outstanding candidates for me- they instilled such confidence and knowledge of the market and how the entire selling process worked, as I had never sold anything before. They both were very fast to respond to all my questions and emails when I had a question and walked me thru every step and contract issues. And they both were very fun to work with. Since I live out of state, they handled everything for me from afar and provided a great recommendation for an attorney to manage the sale of the property. If you need to sell property, you should certainly hire Chad and his team to handle the sale. Out of a scale of 10, they rate 15!

We were thrilled with how they turned out and you could really see the difference compared to other Realtor photos in our building and the surrounding beachfront buildings. Our property was well marketed and we had a lot of activity. Once under contract, Chad did an excellent job dealing with the Buyers side who were less than professional and difficult. Chad was steady throughout and brought us to a successful closing all while being reassuring and helpful. We appreciated all of his efforts and have since referred him already to two other sellers in other high end oceanfront units.

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Chad before and will always do so, besides his overall professionalism and expertise Chad has always been able to go outside the box and present multiple options. During the height COVID I reached out to Chad and let him know that I would have about 5 days to come to Florida see properties and hope to make an offer with the intent of relocating within 30 days. After discussing our preferences, Chad sent multiple listings and took his time walking us through them; by the time we arrived in Florida, we came down to around 4 options. By the time we left Florida we'd found the ideal property that checked all the boxes, completed the inspection and were in the application process with a broker to whom he referred us. It would be way too long to go into all of the help and after hours guidance he gave to us, but long story short we moved into the home and just settled on 1 of the 3 contractor referrals he provided us with (its been an intense 6 weeks from start to today). This is Chad and this is what our past experiences have always been and continue to be. I highly recommend working with him without any reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED It was our second time attempting to buy a house as our initial attempt one year ago was unsuccessful and painful. I was referred to OneSotheby's through a facebook group. I intially talked to Adrian who introduced me to Chad. I think the first thing that made me hopeful was Chad's calm demeanor. Nothing was rushed and we never felt pressured. He always looked out for our best interest and what would make us happy. We looked at 7 houses the first go around and he just knew how to read our faces on whether we liked a house a not. He provided many options and provided a pragmatic and realistic outlook. Who knew that that was just the tip of his awesomeness. Because of his expertise we scored a contract for the first house we made a offer on (it was also the one that we really wanted but held back our enthusiasm in the event that something didnt work out). He made the whole process as painless as possible and provided emotional and expert support when it got stressful with our lender. I cant recall how many times Ive told him that he's amazing. As a resident physician, a wife and a mother of a toddler, I was already strapped for time so Chad made this whole process efficient, clear, concise, focused while making sure all the "i's" were dotted and t's were crossed. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful, if he himself doesnt know something, he knew someone that did. He was always just a call away (please dont abuse that, we need more people like him in this world) and still helps us after we bought the house and all the fanfare and signing was over. We were truly blessed to have him as our realtor, surely God saw what we needed and sent the right person along. Im grateful and would absolutely recommend him to any and everyone. Since I was completely new to the city, he was a great guide with options in the area I had heard was safe, as well as other areas that weren't advertised broadly as safe but good areas regardless. He was very patient with me as I looked at a couple of places more than once in order to really make up my mind, and in the end, I actually went with the place I didn't originally think too much about because it was just as safe, cheaper (Chad even got them to reduce the rent a little bit!) and overall a great fit for what I was looking for. Even after the fact, I've been able to rely on Chad for great restaurant recommendations and know I can count on him if I have any issues at my new apartment.
