We were blessed to work with Griffin during the search and purchase of our Florida condo. We had limited availability to visit and walkthrough 18 or so units over a long weekend and Griffin did an outstanding job coordinating the locations and being patient with us throughout. He did his homework upfront to understand the properties and cities we were visiting and added tremendous value to our process. Once we identified the unit we wanted to put an offer in on, he advised us on the proper offer amount and did an excellent job negotiating on our behalf. He was supportive from the offer acceptance through close and went above and beyond every step of the way. They seemed attentive at the beginning, but after the commitment was made, the level of effort dropped off noticeably. From a buyer-side perspective, I can't say it was great. It felt like I went from being treated as a priority to having to repeatedly ask for answers and updates. That shift was disappointing because buying a home should come with consistent guidance, not a sudden drop in attention once the deal is moving. The experience left me feeling like the early enthusiasm was more about securing the business than actually supporting the client.
