ZillowVERIFIED Griffin has proved himself. I started working with him on the sale of a home in 2024, after cancelling a contract with another realtor after several months. Griffin called shortly after, so I was a bit apprehensive, but he was able to validate his experience, and he allowed me the time to validate him and provided a no-risk agreement so that I could cancel at any time if I wasn't happy!! Within 5 days I had 2 offers on the home. Mind you, the previous realtor had generated no offers over the previous 4 months, even with price drops, and the final sale price with Griffin was $20k above the previous realtor's last price suggestion. Unfortunately, not within his control, the 1st deal fell through, but the 2nd worked out well. Griffin had proved himself to be a good negotiator, very knowledgeable, super responsive, great to communicate with, and had a very easy-going nature. After a very impressive experience with my first home, I asked him to sell my last home, which he successfully did as well.
