On Target Realty Inc

I truly cant recommend Ericka enoughaEUR"she went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed a lot of guidance, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent every step of the way. If youre looking in the Lakewood + surrounding area, she is your best bet. I moved to Kamms Corner/West Park area. What really stood out was how well she knows what to look for in a home. During my inspection, she walked through the house with me and pointed out thingsaEUR"and the inspector ended up calling out the exact same items. That gave me so much confidence knowing I had someone that sharp in my corner. She never let me move forward unless it was the right decision and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. On top of all that, shes just genuinely cool and easy to work with, which made the whole experience so much better. If youre looking for someone who will advocate for you, keep it real, and make sure youre making smart decisions, shes the one!

Going through a process that was foreign to us, Ericka guided us through and answered all of our questions. She really listens to your needs and will find your dream home! I highly recommend Ericka for the Cleveland Area!
