I met Leia at an open house at a condo in WW Crest. I did not have an agent yet and really liked her and asked her to be my agent. Leia is very familiar with the island as she grew up there and lives there. She asked questions to learn what I was looking for and also got me to look at a few condos in a different part of the island to make sure I still wanted the Crest. Leia also has many contacts on the island so I got first look at a few places before they went on the market. Leia also gave great feedback on the appropriate price point for the first condo I made an offer on. We reached an impasse but it was for the best because then a condo I loved even more came on the market. She got me a showing even though a renter was there. There was a bidding war and she helped me come up with the winning strategy and Ive already closed! Leia was very responsive through the entire process! I highly recommend Leia to anyone looking for the perfect shore home (or any home) but especially wildwood!

Lori is the best of the BEST!!!!! My husband and I have been working with Lori now for about 5 years. We purchased our first house with her, sold that house, and then bought a new house!!
