ZillowVERIFIED I happened to get matched with Kevin when I scheduled a property walkthrough on Zillow. I was a first time home buyer and didn't know much about what to look for or how to navigate the process. Kevin was incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. He has great recommendations and connections with local inspectors, contractors, etc. which helped things move along quickly. Two weeks before closing, a tree fell into the fence of the new property and Kevin took the time to contact tree removal companies and fence repair companies to ensure the issue was resolved in time for closing so I wasn't delayed. He really went above and beyond. I was incredibly happy with everything from start to finish and couldn't recommend him more.

We got to know Kevin over what felt like the better part of 2019 as we flew in multiple times from CA starting way back in Feb. He must have shown us well over 40 houses over several months and never once complained about me being a pain in the backside. We had some challenges around closing as well due to the relocation and again he was nothing but greatness. He rose to the occasion in connecting us with lenders that could work with our unique situation. I could not endorse him more as a first time home buyer! He was the perfect realtor for us other than him being an Eagles fan. Hail to the Redskins! But in all seriousness, we were difficult clients due to the long-distance and he was always patient and happy to show us more homes. He's got strong knowledge of the entire housing market across the city, and isn't shy about aggressive negotiation with sellers agents. 10/10 choose Kevin!

We must have seen 20+ homes with Kevin, some really nice ones as well but he always sided with myself (or my wife) if it didn't feel right- hard to explain but when you find your house it's almost like it speaks to you. Kevin had daily listings emailed to us based on our wants and needs that we provided. He referred us to our mortgage broker so we could secure financing, and always kept us up to date while we were under contract. Kevin was even responding to texts after 10PM! Buying a home can be stressful, getting financed can be frustrating, but this is a person you can lean on for what can be a daunting process.11/10 - Highly recommend.
