Ocean Element Real Estate

I had a great experience with Parker; he is a friendly and knowledgeable young man who understands the steps involved in securing the property you want. He is attentive to your needs and questions at all times. He made it possible for me to get a home for my family, and I am very grateful to have worked with him.

Mark was brilliant! We got connected by chance but I couldnt be happier with the relationship. Mark has incredible knowledge of the area and endless useful information gained from living and working here. Mark was a wealth of advice as well, never pushy but always had great insights when we needed it. He was very considerate and available for questions and site visits, because of this, he made our search an easy journey and we couldnt be more thrilled to have found our home. Thanks Mark,

Working with Rebecca was the best decision we made (other than picking the house, of course!) - she was extremely knowledgeable about the Bay Area / Pacifica region where we were looking, and gave us helpful advice on properties tailored to our wish list, as well as home ownership pearls. Her great responsiveness was a huge relief during the high-pressure offer and negotiation phases. We simply could not have navigated this without her. She went above and beyond helping us, even after closing with hiring contractors and everything needed to move in! Plus, it was a ton of fun working with her!

Parker was the best realtor I could wish for. He was always proactive, available whenever I needed him and very knowledgeable about the market and strategies. He was extremely dedicated even to the extent of going late at night to obtain the signatures I needed to be able to complete the fumigation of my house. I cannot more strongly recommend him. So lucky to have found him!

Fantastic! We felt safe with Colins knowledge and experience. He was kind and attentive, explaining every step of the way! Family oriented and attentive to our needs. He helped us sell our condo for a great price! Would highly recommend.
