Run as fast as you can from doing business with this guy. He is extremely unethical and is anything but customer-centric. My lone exposure of dealing with him was him cancelling a confirmed reservation on a rental property 5 months after money had exchanged hands and after confirmation. Reason for the cancellation, he realized he could get more for the property. If this is how he treats customers over a LOCKED-IN weekend rental, and how poor his business ethics and overall market awareness is, I cant imagine him helping in any way during a home purchase. His lack of organizational skills alone should have you looking elsewhere, but you should also assume that every suggestion and/or recommendation he makes is solely self-serving and not in the clients best interest. Tons of realtor options, I strongly recommend going a different direction if looking in Louisville.
