ZillowVERIFIEDRun as fast as you can from doing business with this guy. He is extremely unethical and is anything but customer-centric. My lone exposure of dealing with him was him cancelling a confirmed reservation on a rental property 5 months after money had exchanged hands and after confirmation. Reason for the cancellation, he realized he could get more for the property. If this is how he treats customers over a LOCKED-IN weekend rental, and how poor his business ethics and overall market awareness is, I cant imagine him helping in any way during a home purchase. His lack of organizational skills alone should have you looking elsewhere, but you should also assume that every suggestion and/or recommendation he makes is solely self-serving and not in the clients best interest. Tons of realtor options, I strongly recommend going a different direction if looking in Louisville.

ZillowVERIFIED Harshad is very knowledgeable and experienced in realty business. When we started looking for a house and an agent. We were very much new to louisville and as a first time buyer we were not confidant to buy a house. After we discusses with Harshad, he made it so easy for us. He gives us a regular notification of new house on sale even prior to them seeing on internet. He never forced us to buy a house, in fact he always explained why I should or shouldn't buy some houses. He was also very flexible in timings which worked with us many time during showing. He is also very knowledge in the areas we were looking was very great. Any time i invest in futurw in realty, I would 100% go with him and I advise the same to my friend as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Took the time to listen and help us with our requirements which were typical of a first time home buyer :) Harshad never made us feel pressured to go for a house that we didn't like. He was patient and helped answer all the questions we had throughout the process. He still helps with some things that I as a first time home buyer am not entirely familiar about. Thank you Harshad!
