Ross is amazing! He went above and beyond in many situations and really helped me through the process of finding and closing on my home. I was juggling so many things when we were working together and not only was his presence calm and reassuring, he took care of details that a lot of realtors would not. He is connected, knowledgeable, and has your best interests at heart. I would highly recommend working with him!

Ross was fantastic to work with as we purchased our first home. Hes incredibly knowledgeable about the Denver real estate market and has an impressive network across the local real estate community, which proved invaluable throughout the process. Ross was thoughtful, responsive, and helped us navigate each step with confidence. If youre looking for an agent who truly knows the Denver market and advocates for his clients, I highly recommend working with him.

Ross was incredible to work with. He was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. We are so happy with our new home and we plan to work with Ross for any future home buying/selling needs.

The Colorado Division of Real Estate regulates approximately 50,000 real estate professionals, so you can imagine the substantial saturation of agents to select from when deciding to sell or buy a home. We ultimately chose Ross Blahnik to represent us based on his character, kindness, attentiveness, knowledge and expertise. We intially had planned to move to the South metro Denver area, however, fate had us finding a home in Colorado Springs. Throughout the entire process, Ross was in constant communication, responded quickly and thoroughly, and was extremely pleasant to work with. We are grateful to have Ross represent us in finding our home to raise our family, and we highly suggest anyone in the market needing an agent to reach out to him. Thanks, Ross!

Loved working with Ross, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Denver realtor!
