At the beginning of the home buying process, Ross set up a time to meet with us to figure out our wants and needs for a new home. He set up a custom search for us which was helpful to keep us up to date as new properties hit the market. Ross was extremely responsive and available for all elements of our home search and purchase. He helped navigate a competitive buying market in Denver while always having our budget etc in mind. When we went under contract, Ross guided us through a quick close and communicated with us daily to make sure things were staying on track. Add in a record-breaking housing market, increasing mortgage rates, and too many buyers for too few houses, and you have the potential for a really unpleasant experience. So when I say that Ross made the home-buying process enjoyable, that is exceptionally high praise.
