Ann is phenomenal! We first met her when she sold our first home (she did so with complete ease and made the process as seamless as possible). This time, Ann was helping us find and purchase our forever home. She was so patient with us- as we were very specific in what we were looking for. She was always available for showings and super responsive. She used her expertise and good relations with other agents to help us land our dream home (even with other offers on the table). Even once our offer was accepted, Ann didnt stop working. She was with us every step of the way- scheduling inspections, getting us quotes from various companies, being present during the inspections and helping us negotiate when there were some concerns with the inspection. She did everything with ease and it was evident this was not her first rodeo. I would recommend her a million times over and our family is so thankful to Ann for helping us find and acquire our forever home.

Ann did a wonderful job guiding us through selling a house while we were living out of state. She set up the presentation, advised us throughout and arranged getting all the needed repair men to fix the odds and ends while making sure we were not overcharged. We highly recommend her!
