This time, Ann was helping us find and purchase our forever home. She was so patient with us- as we were very specific in what we were looking for. She was always available for showings and super responsive. She used her expertise and good relations with other agents to help us land our dream home (even with other offers on the table). Even once our offer was accepted, Ann didnt stop working. She was with us every step of the way- scheduling inspections, getting us quotes from various companies, being present during the inspections and helping us negotiate when there were some concerns with the inspection. She did everything with ease and it was evident this was not her first rodeo. From the initial meeting, and all the way through the process, she was there for us 100%, and very patiently walked us through the entire process, which, because of our timeline, was months.
